Fixed Widget Gets Bigger When Scrolling

The problem is in your padding style:

#custom .widget-area aside {
background: none repeat scroll 0 0 #F3F9FB;
border: 1px solid #D2F1FC;
-moz-border-radius: 5px;
border-radius: 5px;
padding: 4%;
width: 92%;
}

Change it to:
padding: 7px;

I’ve done that. It didn’t solve the problem.

I see this rule in different locations.
