• Hi!

After activating and configuring Kadence WooCommerce Email Designer the messages with order information are have “rubber” design. The “fixed width” is broken and messages are looking ugly.

This issue is true for Mirosoft Outlook 2013 at PC.

If I deactivate plugin, the email is looking ok with “fixed width”.

    Please help.

  • Hey,
Thanks for posting. Can you send me a screen shot of what you mean by rubber so I can get an idea of whats creating this issue for you?

    Thanks

Thanks, seems like this is a known bug in outlook. I’m going to experiment with some suggested workarounds. Thanks for posting.

I’ve pushed out an update. This should resolve the issue. Please let me know if you still see a problem.

    Hi Ben,

Thank you for fixing the issue with Outlook in Kadence Email Designer.

    Two other issues are apeared.

    1. Container border is disappeared. The border is not visible in Outlook, Gmail, etc

    2. Not all html tags are processing properly in outlook. In particular – I inserted the following html tags in “Heading text” field. I need to insert invitation (clickable banner) in the message to evaluate our shop when order is complete. The pictures doesn’t showing in outlook.

    Evaluate our online-shop, please.<br>

    Thank you for your help,
    Serge

    1. The border issue should be resolved in version 1.0.9 which came out yesterday. Are you seeing it still in that version?

    2. The header text maybe sanitized by woocommerce. That text is controlled through woocommerce. This plugin doesn’t enable controlling it. Instead, it allows you to control it in the customizer as well as the woocommerce settings.

If you add that into the body text does it work?

As for html in the header or in the body text works fine now. I’ve just fixed links.

    good luck,
    Serge
