FixedHeader extension does not seem to work with Bridge theme

thanks! Fixing this only need a bit of CSS code: Please add this to the “Custom CSS” textarea on the “Plugin Options” screen of TablePress:

.tablepress.fixedHeader-floating,
.tablepress.fixedHeader-locked {
	z-index: 1000;
}

You might then also want to adjust the text color to make things better readable.
