    All the images in the panels are fixed from what I can see (the text scrolls over the top of them and the image does not scroll on screens/windows 960px and wider. Tablet and mobile browser do not render fixed background images due to the extra processor power and battery draw required to continually re-render the screens as people scroll up and down.

    I would suggest you remove/replace this background image, which is full of text and not very readable, on any device:

    You’ve already started to put that content in the text, which is a much more readable solution.
