• I had a notification for an update for the Sendgrid plugin. I started the update and somewhere before it finished, the site crashed completely. I had no access to any part of the site except via FTP. After a few minutes, the site was available again.

When I entered the Admin dashboard of the site, I had a notification that read: “An automated WordPress update has failed to complete – please attempt the update again now.” at the top of the dashboard.

I’ve updated the plugin, uninstalled the plugin and re-installed and can’t get the notification to clear. How do I resolve this?

    Hi Jackie,

Thanks for the support. I installed the newest WordPress update that happened to come out this afternoon and that cleared the error notification.

    Thanks!
