Look in the index.php and see if they are using the_excerpt() function. If so change it to the_content();

Any idea how to reduce the size of the rotating image at the top?

That’s a flash file.. I think you’re stuck with it being that size. I personally would remove it all together. It’s not adding anything to your site.

I figured out how to make it smaller, but now when you click on the information graphic the text is also too small to read.
