Fixing search result

Hi,

I have an issue. A template was accidentally added to my website as a search result. I use the Filter plugin for everything. After that, you select Order and proceed to the Shopping Cart. I want to take this one down now. But I’m not able to accomplish that. I wish I could go back in time. Next, the shopping cart and the search result. Who can?help me?
