Fixing the Default Theme. Help appreciated!

    I am a newbie to WordPress.
    I made a mistake and altered the Default Theme.
    (I was trying to change my theme and was doing it wrong – Duh to me!)

    I’d like to download/upload the Default Theme back to it’s original state.

    Anyone know where I can find the files to do this? After that I can take it from there. Thank you!
