Fixing the navigation bar to the top on load

Hello, I’m wondering how I would go about fixing the navigation bar (with the links to each section) at the top of the page on load. I know that it fixes to the top of the page once a user has clicked the ‘menu’ icon and clicked a link to one of the page sections; I’m looking to have those navigation links display at the top of the page at all times.
