Fixing the Render Blocking above the fold.

I’m giving this 4 stars because what I would like to know is how will I get rid of the render blocking maxcdn bootstrap font-awesome CSS file without screwing up my site and the plugin? I’m into speeding up my site and I don’t want plug ins like this slow my site down. So that’s why i asked. Otherwise it’s a excellent plugin I’ll use for my site. It’s well worth it.

UPDATE: It’s up to 5 stars now. The issue’s all fixed. What a great plugin ??
