    Hi There,

    I’m in the process of evaluating BetterDocs for customer docs. Everything is perfect except one point: when we install BetterDocs, the flag selector of the entire site disappears (we are using polylang). Deactivating the plugin solves the problem.

    Is there a way to avoid that?

    Please share the site URL where you are facing the issue, also some relevant screenshots/ screencast will be good to check the scenario.

    When I install the last version of the plugin, the flag selector disappears (I don’t think a screencast would help…)

    Hi @amin7,

    You can see the flags, because I deactivated the plugin to avoid breaking our production website. But when we activate the plugin, the flags disappear.

    As we are on week-end, I re-activated the plugin for you. You can check the result. Please come back to me asap so I can deactivate it again.

    Can you please check for plugin conflicts by following this:
    ?You can check for Plugin conflicts by deactivating all the third-party plugins one by one except for BetterDocs and Polylang. Simply go to your WordPress Dashboard and navigate to wp-admin -> Plugins and then, deactivate other Plugins.

    This plugin has a troubleshooting mode, that does not affect normal visitors to your site. Here is the link: https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/health-check/

    Check whether the issue persists or not, if the issue persists then please reach us here, as we need some more information, so it will be good if you communicate internally.

    Actually, as you see we could not replicate the issue on our side, so we need to know the reason for the issue, so we asked for the process for troubleshooting purposes. I hope you will understand that.
