Flags and text dropdown

I like that the flags include the country name it will look like on the demo site: https://wp.rivertheme.com/ri-soul/home-10/
On the demo site they use the WPML plugin, which fits nicely on the left side of the topbar.
Polylang plugin works finer, only I do not get it styled as nice as on the demo site above.
I have custom css already let the bullets disappear. If I put the settings dropdown I do not see the flags. How can I be set via custom css?.
I also want to move the flags to the left from the site in the grid.who can help me? This is my testsite: https://185.104.29.18/~brabantcustom/
