Flaky video playback

    Yesterday we uploaded a number of videos to our wordpress site through the Jetpack plugin page. On first trials yesterday they seemed to playback ok, with almost instant playback on any of the videos we clicked on. However, today it’s a different story, we load up the web page that our video gallery is on and the playback randomly hangs when we load a new video. It’s sometimes taking 30 seconds to load the clip and start playing – the whole point of us using Jetpack was for the speedy playback. It’s almost as though it can’t handle multiple video files being on the same page…

    We’ve tried various browsers and computers/devices they all present the same problems. We’ve also tried uploading the video files in different formats, to see if that helps, but that’s not fixed the issue.

    Please can you help with this.

    Meanwhile, you can try converting the video files per this guide, and see if it helps.
