flamingo_inbound could not open

I have a few messages in spam category. if i want check this and open this messages i become the error “flamingo_inbound could not open”. totally i get already the error also in normal category, so i couldn’t open and read any message. what can i do?

i have add the new options in additional tab of contact form like this:

flamingo_email: "[your-email]"
flamingo_name: "[your-vname] [your-name]"
flamingo_subject: "[menu-betreff]"
