flare appearing randomly

Re: it appearing at certain stages of the scroll…this is actually intentional..if you look in the admin options you will see there are basically three positions to place your Flare bars: Top, Side (left or right) & bottom of the post. The design thinking is that most people will likely have the top & side, so you wouldnt show the side bar when the page first loads as you already have it showing at the top. The other prob more important aspect is that the user has not had a chance to read anything when they first get to the page and therefore they wouldnt have as much reason to share just yet, by fading in the side bar as they scroll it actually draws attention to the bar and they say “oh ya, I should share this”.

works for me.. any chance of getting an email tab to share aswell?

That’s a good idea…it’s not in there now, but i’ll talk to the team about it.

PS – We are about to release a pretty big update in the next few weeks. So it may be a little bit before we could do that. As a side note the branding will change a bit, so expect the admin to look a bit different.
