Flare only shows up on Posts but not general site

First of all, great plugin. Very cool/stylish.
So example:
If you go to the main site, https://www.thrownchain.com – nada.But if you drill down into a specific post, it appears.
I have it checked to share on Posts, Pages and Media.
Thank you for any advice you can give! This is happening on another one of my blogs but I figure whatever fixes it here, will fix it there.
