Flash elements appearing over the lightbox

Flash elements from the page keep appearing over the lightbox. I have tried to set the transparency of the flash object to opaque or transparent, but the issue remains.

Is there an alternative I can use? Maybe hide all flash elements everytime the lightbox appears? Are there any events I can use or any functions I can edit to achieve this?

If you click on any of the images the amazon ads on the right and the vimeo video appear over the image.
