Flash Frame itheme has failed – does not work like demo – Want different theme

    I purchased this FlashFrame itheme over a month ago and I have had several people try to assist me. It does not operate like the demo of this theme shows. Since I can not get a refund on a defective product I purchased for $100.00 and WP support is almost non-exsistent, (two weeks and no replies), can someone at WP fix my template to the point where all I have to do is load the photos like the demo of Flash Frame? I can not find on the dash board where to access the Feature #1 or Feature #2. The photos do not load in small frames like in the demo and my pages are not under the parent Home. Eg, My spot news page loads back to the home page which is the front page. I have had a site on the net incomplete for two weeks and it looks like crap. Please help me. I am at your mercy.

    Support really should be provided by the theme designer since you paid for the theme, so check the theme’s website. This is just a volunteer forum, and I would guess that many here are unfamiliar with this theme, especially since it’s a paid one.

    This sounds like it may be a permalink problem. See: Using “Pretty” permalinks
