flashfader on top of my menu #?

every time i update images to the flashfader admin my menu is going behind the flash
happen only on IE and Chrom
here is the site: https://www.s-chen.comso every time it happand i need to add this line:
<param name=”wmode” value=”transparent” />
to the flashfaderhtml.txt file.how can i prevent it from happen again ?
