Flat discount per unit?

1. Is it possible to have a flat discount per unit?
For example: quantity 0-10, $2 per item; quantity 11-100, $1 per item2. Is it possible to apply the discount only on the items over the quantity set?
For example: order of 15 items = 10 x 2$ + 5 x 1$Very Nice plugin BTW
