Flat Rate is not working

Could you share screenshots of the Shipping Methods you have set up?
Specifically the Flat Rate shipping method.

To help you further, I’d like to understand more about your setup.
Could you please send me a copy of your site’s System Status Report?
You can find it via WooCommerce > Status.
Select Get system report and then Copy for support.

My client is having this issue as well (since middle of last week that we know of). Everything was working fine (this is an established store), he had the correct calculations in for Flat rate (12.50 + (5* [qty] ). He put this on every different shipping level, it doesn’t stay there it just shows 12.50. The result was (after a few orders) that it charged the add $5 sometimes.

The calculations on each group has been replaced with just the static number.

Thank you for reaching back, with further details on this.

As a next step, kindly make sure WooCommerce is updated to the latest version available (version 8.5.1, linked here).

Furthermore, make sure to update the WooCommerce database to the same (8.5.1) version, using the dedicated button found in the screen at?‘WooCommerce > Status > Tools’.
