    Hi Eva,

We are seeing that every single product we sell says Free Shipping in Google Shopping, but 400-500 of these products do not come with free shipping and instead have multiple flat rate options set up in Woocommerce that works perfectly in our shopping cart. Those products always have a fee of $9.95-$59.95 but that isn’t showing in our feed. We followed the tutorial to set up the Field mapping for shipping.

Additionally, our feed has said “stopped” for 4 days in a row even though it’s set to refresh hourly. Manually refreshing it doesn’t do anything…it just says processing (0%).

You should have an unique label(attribute) for every destination/shipping class combination. Set that label for your products and map that attribute to Google’s g:shipping_label field. Then you set the cost per shipping label in your merchant center.

When you have less products in your feed then expected than changes are big this is due to a feed configuration issue. We have listed the most common reasons here:https://adtribes.io/help-i-have-none-or-less-products-in-my-product-feed-than-expected/

None of these apply to us. We will try to undo all of the shipping states we created to fix the issue with Hawaii and Alaska, and then reprocess the feed and see if it works. It is creating a completely random number of products on every run, sometimes 250, then 800, then 3, etc etc. Its definitely no longer working.

We deleted all of the individual states in the shipping zones and put “USA” to try to help your plugin work.

We refreshed the feed and it only output 926 items. More than half are missing, and now Google says:

    “Invalid price in attribute: shipping.price”

    It’s a huge mess.

The feed is now bizarrely saying “processing (101%)”.

Correct, because I started over from scratch, removed all shipping options, and spent 8 hours today forcing the feed to refresh.

I think we will have to switch to the Woocomerce developed plugin that uses the instant live API because Google showed over 8,000 errors with this feed once we attempted to add the shipping options to it.

The feed now shows no shipping options whatsoever, so it works, but is providing completely wrong info to Google.
