flat rate shipping suddenly disappeared

I’d like to understand your site properly, can you please share your System Status Report, that will help us further troubleshoot.

You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select Get system report and then Copy for support. Once you’ve done that, you can paste it into your reply here.

Furthermore, please provide a screenshot of your Shipping Settings, Shipping Classes (if any) as well.

Thanks for looking. You’re getting no shipping options at all? That’s odd, I’m seeing 3 UPS shipping options, it’s just the flat rate that’s missing.

Update: after further investigation I determined that the “WooCommerce Conditional Shipping and Payments” plugin was causing the issue. Not sure why the issue suddenly arose since this plugin has been installed for years on the site. But as soon as I deactivated that plugin the Flat Rate method appeared again.

I was checking, and I can see Flat rate, perhaps it is because you have disabled WooCommerce Conditional Shipping and Payments?

May I ask if enable again WooCommerce Conditional Shipping and Payments, add an item to cart, go to checkout, is the site receiving any error messages?

I mean, please share a copy of any fatal error log, they located under WooCommerce > System Status > Logs (if any is visible).
