Flat rate zeroing out

  • When bLoyal plugin is enabled:

    For products that ship (not all items ship), flat rate shipping options are configured with varying rates, and there is also a free local pickup option for customers at the physical store.

    The issue arises with items like gift baskets:

    ? When added to the cart, both the flat rate shipping option (displaying the correct dollar amount) and the free local pickup option appear as choices.

    ? However, if the flat rate option is selected, the shipping cost unexpectedly drops to $0 instead of applying the set flat rate.

    This error results in the system not charging customers for shipping when flat rate is chosen, which is incorrect.

    When bLoyal plugin is disabled:

    The flat rate system works fine
