    Based on what you described in the video, the Flat Rate method in core WooCommerce isn’t going to work (at least on its own), as it doesn’t handle quantity ranges like you need. To clarify, this is how I understood your desired shipping setup:

    1-3 items = Medium Flat Rate box price
    4-7 items = Large Flat Rate box price
    8-10 items = One Medium and one Large (combined price)
    *Some products with a quantity of 1 need to use the Large box

    To achieve all of this, I would suggest using something like the Table Rate Shipping plugin, as it allows for all the conditions you need. I tried to look for a free version of a similar plugin that might work, but wasn’t able to find one that can meet those quantity-based calculations.

    However, another possible option would be to use the Flat Rate method in core WC, but pair it with something like the Advanced Shipping Packages plugin, as it would allow you to set up the packing conditions you need.
