Flatsome Theme update

  • I have have built a site pjlofts however there is an update from UX Themes to fix the map display bug.
    I have installed the wordpress update theme plugin, now when I go to upload the theme I have two zip files Main and Child.
    I have spent a lot of time on the site and am very new to WP could any one advise on which i upload as to have to start al over will be a nightmare
