Flatsome UX Builder not loading

    Hi, your plugin in really great, but after I’m updating theme and plugin to the latest version ux builder can’t load the pages. I see in the console said
    TypeError: undefined is not an object (evaluating 's.angular.element')
    and this is only happen to the mobile version.

    Do you have any advice for me?

    Hi @itsmeade

    can you report which script is giving that error? Maybe you can report a screenshot of the console. Until now we don’t know if it’s the theme or the plugin.

    Have you tried with the default WordPress theme? Does it give the same error?

    I have the absolute same problem. I did edit my home page with the plugin, however when I access the mobile preview from my homepage –> customize, it does not show the edit I did. And when I access the mobile preview from the ”Pages”, it shows how it should look like.

    When I try to open the UX builder on the mobile page, it will be loading and loading but without any success.

    As this is my first WP experience, I am kind of lost…

    PS: I use Flatsome theme

    Hi @paalenkaa

    Can you please inspect elements on the page where the UX builder loads without any success?

    You should right-click and click on “Inspect Elements”, and then go to “Console”. You will probably see red errors. For me, it would be very helpful if you can make a screenshot that shows which scripts give the errors.

    Let me know if it’s clear how to access the console, or if you have other questions.

    One more thing, after deleting your plugin, I was able to open the mobile page in UX Builder. After reinstalling, the problem appeared again.

    Hi @paalenkaa

    editor.js is not a script that comes from Specific Content For Mobile.
    Probably SCFM is triggering an error that is caused by another plugin or the theme. Do you have the same problem on normal private pages?

    If you go with your mouse on the link editor.js you will see the URL of the script. From the URL you can see who is loading that script.
    Can you post the URL of the script?

    sorry for my late reply. I sort it out by unpublishing the page and then loading the UX builder and it works.

    Thanks for Flatsome, it’s awesome. I have the same problem. I can’t load the blocks in the flatsome uxbuilder. I can load the pages but not the blocks.

    Here’s a screenshot of the console. I started having this problem today after i changed the domain of the website . The new domain is with different company than hosting.. idk if that has something to do.

    Never mind. I figured it out by using a plugin to duplicate the blocks and the new duplicated blocks open the ux builder. Thank you !

    Me encanto el tema de flatsome cuando lo vi y por eso compre

    Pero al momento de ingresar al ux builder tengo el mismo problema puedo ver los bloques de ninguna pero no me aparece nada en la pantalla para poder modificar espero que me puedas ayudar aqui dejare una captura de la consola.

    Hola @ronaldchambilla1 !

    Desafortunadamente no tengo el tema Flatsome disponible. pero te recomiendo hacer lo siguiente:

    – Ve a la página donde tienes problemas.
    – Clic derecho => Inspeccionar elementos
    – Busca <iframe
    – Por cada iframe que encuentre, déjeme saber qué está escrito como “src”

    Si tengo esa información, puedo sugerir cómo solucionar el problema

    I love your plugin but it stopped loading, when I select UX Builder to edit the page, it says Loading UX Builder, and the wheel spins forever. Please advise.

    As you can see you are not the first one having this issue, but until now it was not possible to collect enough information to solve this conflict.
    I’ve right now sent a message to the author of Flatsome. This is a premium product, and I don’t have it available for my tests. I hope he answers soon and provides me with the theme + builder, so I can see with my eyes and solve the problem.

    I have the very same problem. Our website is hosted internally on linux server.

    I'm having issues in editing the page with UX Builder. The Page keeps loading and nothing happens. And I have a couple of errors in the Developer Console stated below:
