I′m using the flattr-plugin in a WP-Multisite with small and with huge (>2000 posts and 1.000 pages) sites. Flattr is activated as network-plugin.

Flattr working in general, but in the huge site the WP-Dashboard needs up to some minutes to load the admin-pages. I′ve deactivated the flattr plugin and everything was ok.

I′ve activated about 24 plugins in the network and 8 in the site.

Has anybody a tip, how to resolve this?
    Thanks!

I’ve got to see into this. It’s difficult to debug as I don’t have the means to test the plugin in such a huge scale.

It could be an inter-operation problem with other plugins. Usually the admin dashboard should be completely unaffected as long as you don’t want to change settings at the plugins page itself.

Maybe I’m wrong on this one as I took over a lot of code from the former Flattr devs.

Could you debug this a little more?

    Hi Michael,
it seems, that there was a problem with the connection to my webproviders servers, and the flatter plugin was not able to make the connection to flattr-Website. I will have a look on that and will report if I can find anything else.
