I have used an incognito browser on my Android phone and the cookie bar will show when you scroll down when you first open the site. After, it displays it goes away in seconds never giving anyone a chance to accept or reject. It never shows up again.

    It works fine on desktops.

I have both options checked NO

    1. Auto-hide(Accept) cookie bar after delay?
    2. Auto-hide cookie bar if the user scrolls

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi @sharingsunshine_wp,

    Greetings from Webtoffee!

We couldn’t find our plugin on your site. We need our plugin to be active on the site to debug the issue. Will it be possible for you to re-enable it?

We also noticed certain JS are optimized on our site. If you had done the same with our plugin this might be the reason for the issue. We don’t recommend adding our plugin Js and CSS to the optimization.

Because the plugin’s functionality will be hampered by CSS/JS optimization. Please try again after excluding JS and CSS from the optimization plugin and clearing the site’s cache as well.

    Below files can be excluded:

    Javascript

    Cli_Data
    cli_cookiebar_settings
    ccpa_data
    /cookie-law-info-public.js
    /cookie-law-info-ccpa.js

    CSS

    /cookie-law-info-public.css
    /cookie-law-info-gdpr.css
    /cookie-law-info-table.css”`
