Fletching fields forever

I’m importing properties. For some reason i tried using “,” and also using “;” always keep fletching fields. y tried first with 20 properties becaus wpallimport seems not working for me, so i thinking into use HOUZEZ property feed.
the file is https://anexweb.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/01/CONCENTRADO_ANEX_3_10_solo20.csvI guess something sould be wrong in my csv but i cant see what is it.
