Flex Slider

  • Hi,

    For some reason my slider isn’t appearing on my home page. Does anyone know why this might happen?

    I’ve got all the settings the same as they were before it disappeared. The only thing I did differently, and for the first time was create a backup using BackWPup and update all of my plugins.

    Any help would be great, thanks

    What is the name of the plugin you’re using for the slider, or is it part of the theme? If its part of the theme, what is the name of the theme?

    It’s part of the theme. I’m using the Flare Child Theme.

    Ok, if you use a commercial theme and need support, please go to their official support channel. In order to be good stewards of the WordPress community, and encourage innovation and progress, we feel it’s important to direct people to those official locations.

    Forum volunteers are also not given access to commercial products, so they would not know why your commercial theme is not working properly. This is one other reason why volunteers forward you to the commercial product’s vendors. The vendors are responsible for supporting their commercial product.
