Flexi pages widget stopped to work

  • What could be the reasons if the Flexi Pages widget just stopped to work. Links of the created pages have begun to appear to the sidebar and nothing (as I can see) has changed when updating.

    As far as I’ve checked, the latest version of the plugin works in the latest version of WordPress just fine. Please provide details of your site and the widget settings for me to help you any further.

    Well, lets start!
    The page is https://www.saluki.fi and in the sidebar, click “N?yttelyt 2017” or “Tuloksia ulkomailta 2017” and you’ll see there links which should not appear there (Lahti INT 26.3.2017, Vaasa INT 9.4.2017,Imatra INT 16.4.2017 and Tallinna 11-12.3.2017
    25.3.2017 Narva).

    Unfortunately I’m very very newbie with WordPress and I’m not sure if I can give you right kind of information about widget settings. There is “Exclude Pages” / “Show Sub-pages”: Only related sub-pages / “Show hierarchy”: Unlimited depth / Sidebar for this widget: Sidebar / 1. There’s 2 sidebars, in Finnish and in English.

    Thanks for the details.

    If you don’t want the second level pages at all and only want to display the first level pages, uncheck the ‘Show sub-pages’ option.

    If you want the second level pages of all other pages to appear when the parent pages are on, but not those of “N?yttelyt 2017” and “Tuloksia ulkomailta 2017”, you can simply select these second level pages (Lahti INT 26.3.2017, Vaasa INT 9.4.2017, Imatra INT 16.4.2017, Tallinna 11-12.3.2017, 25.3.2017 Narva) for the ‘Exclude pages’ option.

    That is just the problem! I can select, but not save the selection!
    I try normally select and save, but nothing happens. If I try in directly preview, the site says “It happened a mistake, reload the page and try again” straight after selecting. What do I wrong?

    It’s probably something to do with your particular installation, a conflict with the theme or some plugin you are using…. I need to look at the inside and see it for myself in order to find out the cause of the problem. Contact me at this email address: [email protected]
