Flexi Slider stopped links

The Flexi Slider has stopped linking to associated webpage.
It seams to work fine on the other options (eg: Nivo Slider) and used to work on Flexi Slider fine.
This is on the homepage and only thing I have done recently is add some links to buttons further down the page (via SiteOrigin Button)
