Flexibility in notification appearance

    Hello,

    With the latest update the option appears to be showing notifications to only logged in users, what I was aiming for will be to show the options stated below in the settings

    1. ONLY LOGGED IN USERS
    2. ONLY LOGGED OUT USERS
    3. BOTH LOGGED IN AND LOGGED OUT USERS

    This will enable the notification to be more flexible
