    Thanks for the stars and kind review.
    you can get fontawesome to work, but you have to either a) load in your theme’s css (if your theme has included fontawesome) or b) simply include the import line in the plugins settings under the custom print css section. Basically, you need to tell the print-only page what font-awesome is.
