Flexible CRM solution

Although the unusual interface inside WordPress’ might be strange at first, ZeroBS CRM retains many of the basic features of WordPress that interest me most, namely flexibility.

The use of tags and segments allows, in a logical way, to make management of contacts different from the usual and at the same time very dynamic.

It’s a system still under development, some things need to be improved, but overall, it responds fairly well to the needs of a small or medium-sized business.

Support is very responsive and it has been nice to see how Mike and Woody are interested to know our business needs and the specific use we give to the CRM.

I am looking forward to the next version!
