    After looking at all free and paid knowledge base plugins, BasePress had the most convincing featureset and was straightforward to setup. By easily customizing one of the included themes, I was able to seamlessly include the plugin into my website without any break in look and feel.

    Also, the developer was super responsive and implemented my feature request in just a few days.
