Flexible Plugin and Excellent Support.

Initially I had trouble getting ActiveHelper to work due to a configuration error on my end. I had got in contact with the support team and they were fast and got ActiveHelper up and running in no time. Support even continued to help me out when I had questions about setting up custom offline and welcome messages for my translated chats.

The plug-in is user friendly and my client was extremely happy on how easy it was to teach them how to use the software and teach her agents to use the Support Panel to chat with people.

I would definitely recommend this plug-in to anyone that needs the Live Chat function on their website.
