Flexible Product Fields required fields not visable on order

    Hello,

    I add some multi-checkbox to one product. It requires 7 options out of 33. But I don’t receive any when order is placed. Neither in e-mail or in order inside WooCommerce. How to solve it?

    checkbox is mandatory, with minimum and maximum set at 7 fields.

    Please help, as I have to ask customers what they selected.

    Hello @bjkasowski

    The fields that our plugin adds are saved to the Cart when the user clicks the Add to Cart button. WooCommerce then reloads the page and the fields are saved. But in this case I do not see the page being reloaded so I guess that AJAX add to Cart is enabled. This is not the default WooCommerce mechanism so our plugin will not work as it should.
    Please check if the website template has AJAX add to Cart enabled. If the template uses it then the option to disable it should be in the template settings.
