Flexible Shipping checkout error

Hello, I think everything is setup as it should but clearly I’m missing something, it doesnt allow any address, it always says “There are no shipping options available. Please check your shipping address.” but I do have all the shipping zones setup, help? I have all the images in the link bellow:

Thanks for reaching us. Please remove “10” from the third rule and leave it blank. I see that you have a product that weighs 131 g, however, your rules work for products up to 10 g only.
