Flexible shipping not displayed

    Good afternoon,

    I have set up your plugin to vary the shipping price based on the weight of the product but once configured it tells me “No shipping options found for the zone entered”. Am I wrong something? Thank you.

    Hi @oliver39,

    The lack of availability of methods in checkout is usually due to the configuration of Flexible Shipping calculation rules or WooCommerce Shipping zones.

    We’d be happy to help. Could you please send a screenshot of the Flexible Shipping method configuration, Shipping zones settings and cart for which you are receiving this message?

    Less frequently, the issue may involve 3rd party plugins that condition the availability of shipping methods. I suggest sending screenshots first, and when that doesn’t help, we will analyze this issue further.
