    Hello there

    I am using the free version of your Flexible Shipping plugin, but I was wondering if I have to buy the paid version, because something doesn’t really work.
    Let me me explain, I am building this tshirt site
    camisetaseldestierro.es
    and it works great with everything that costs 9 euros.
    I have been doing some tests because I want to sell other things that cost less than 9 euros.
    In here you can see the test

    if you select color black and size large, the price is 9 euros, you add it to the cart and it calculates the shipping cost. That’s great but if you select color back and size small, the price is 0.25 cents but when you add it to the cart I get this message
    “There are no shipping methods available. Please ensure that your address has been entered correctly, or contact us if you need any help”

    So it looks like if everything costs 9 euros, it is fine, but if it’s less or more, it doesn’t work, can you please help?

    Is this because only one price is supported on the free version?, do I have to buy the paid version?

    Flexible Shipping (free version) does not have such limitations as a support for only one price. There is no limit of number of rules in the shipping method. You can use as much as you want and you don’t need the PRO version to do that.

    The problem in your case is probably due to incorrect setting of Flexible Shipping method configuration. Please provide a screenshot showing your configuration of the rules.

    You have probably set a a Minimum and Maximum cart value for this method, and if the customer cart’s value goes beyond that, the method is not shown in the cart. Please provide more rules for orders with higher and lower value, just like you can see it here: https://wpde.sk/po/23cnmzk1tva3.png

    Simply define price ranges and assign them a specific shipping cost.

    Hey, thanks for this. Somehow my shipping by rules disappeared and it was set to 9 euros. I reinstalled the plug in and now I can choose a different shipping for different prices.
