    Hi there,

    My shipping zone is ‘The Netherlands’, so every user who orders in the Netherlands (with an adres located there) should be able to order without problems if everything is filled in correctly.

    I fill in an 100% accurate dutch adres (because I live there myself) and get the following message:

    ‘It appears that there are no payment methods available for your location. Please contact us if you need assistance or are looking for alternative options.’

    I don’t get why.. The shipping zone has always worked and nothing has changed. It’s the only shipping zone we have and yes it’s turned on and prices included.

    What wrong here?

    Flexible Shipping adds shipping methods. Your message is about payment methods.

    It look’s like within that shipping method where you can select your country is a problem..

    Selecting de zone is part of the method.. the correct shipping method get’s selected based of which adres you have added right?

    Sorry for the late response, the problem is still not solved.
    I have 1 shipping zone: “The Netherlands” within that shipping zone are 2 classes (one for renting and one for sales).

    When I typ in my dutch adres the problem occures.

    Hi @teachermark, please send us a screenshot of your shipping methods including a table with rules calculating shipping costs.

    I only have one shipping method as you can see in my first response. Shipping location is “The Netherlands”, Zone: The Netherlands, method: “Flexible Shipping” (with the plugin flexible shipping).

    And in this message (above) the settings.

    I noticed that you wrote in your first message, that you get such a message:
    ‘It appears that there are no payment methods available for your location. Please contact us if you need assistance or are looking for alternative options.’

    I have to ask, do you get shipping methods when you are at the checkout? I understand from this note that the issue concerns payment methods and not shipping. If it’s about shipping methods, then please verify if the product that is in the cart is included in the shipping class for which you have set up the shipping method. You can also enable debug mode in the shipping method settings, so when you go to the checkout, debug mode will show you what is the issue and what rules are met and which don’t.

    If you still need help with the shipping method I would recommend you contact us directly via our Support – https://flexibleshipping.com/support/. We might need more information to find the reason for that.

    Many thanks for your reaction and sorry for my late response. The problem occurs on checkout.

    The message appears on checkout:
    ‘It appears that there are no payment methods available for your location. Please contact us if you need assistance or are looking for alternative options’

    I also don’t get any shipping methods on checkout..

    Each product has the correct shipping-method included to it. So when the item is placed in the cart and going to checkout it should automatically select the correct (one and only) shipping method for that item.

    At first I thought it was a problem with the geolocation. So turned that off.
    The cart shows the correct amount of shippingcosts, also on checkout I see the correct shipping costs. But it also gives me a (new) message:

    ‘It appears that there are no payment methods available for your state. Please contact us if you need assistance or are looking for alternative options.’

    So at first it was saying your location, now it’s saying your state. Don’t get why?
