Flexible shipping pro does not recon my shipping zone

Hi there,
My shipping zone is ‘The Netherlands’, so every user who orders in the Netherlands (with an adres located there) should be able to order without problems if everything is filled in correctly.
I fill in an 100% accurate dutch adres (because I live there myself) and get the following message:
‘It appears that there are no payment methods available for your location. Please contact us if you need assistance or are looking for alternative options.’
I don’t get why.. The shipping zone has always worked and nothing has changed. It’s the only shipping zone we have and yes it’s turned on and prices included.
What wrong here?
