    Instead of the dots indicating which image in the series is currently displaying, I want to have a pagination indicator that shows which image of the total number of images is displaying (for example: 1/10, then 2/10, then 3/10, etc.). By changing the text indent in the CSS I can now see the image numbers, but it’s obviously not a solution.

    How and in which files must I edit the code to output this information? This comes close to what I want but I can’t figure out where to put the recommended code (js file, functions file??):
