When I mouse drag (may be touch horizontal) to the next slide. My slide for a millisecond flashes about 50% of the image it just left. Is this a animation timing issue? I have triple checked my layers to make sure I don’t have some underlying image. I did use the duplicate feature when making the slide, but am ruling that at as when sliding to Image 2 I see a flicker of image 1 on the left hand side of the screen.

Pressing arrow right does not create the issue nor does waiting for the time to expire. It happens most when you only drag about 51% of the image to show the upcoming slide and release, loading the next image.

No animations running, just an image on the slide.

    Any ideas?

I think you might have fade animation turned on, and that is happening, that your next slide is going under the current one, when the switching happens, and then it starts to animate. If this is the case, you can solve it by giving a background color to your slides. So in here, at your slide’s settings: https://doc.smartslider3.com/article/394-slide-settings
choose a Background – color, because that will cover your slide, and that appearance will happen behind it.

If it’s not it, please send me a link to your website!

I am on a development site so I can’t publish due to clients request. I have Controls set to Mouse Drag Horizontal and Keyboard checked.

    Animation is set to Horizontal.

It only occurs when I click and hold the mouse cursor to slide to the next image. They are images so the background is set to that image. When I mouse scroll I am getting to the next slide but seeing a MS flash of the slide i just left. Disabling animation on the slider settings work . but I don’t get the mouse drag animation which I love.

Please send me an export of your slider to [email protected] , because I’m not really sure what is going on. You can find the export option in here: https://doc.smartslider3.com/article/408-slider-options

Also please tell me what browser are you using, and what is the version number of it!
