Flickr Shortcode Importer error on activation

I’ve installed https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/flickr-shortcode-importer/ to my site at https://dandenong-ranges-photography.com.au/ but when I went to activate it it came up with the following error message. As I have no real idea what it means, was hoping that someone here could tell me?
