Flight box showing at bottom of page

I’m using file away with WOffice.
I have my directories showing in showing in the iframe. When I click the PDF to open, the flightbox opens at the bottom of the page. I have set the flightbox short code to multi.
Is there a conflict with the iframe and the flightbox?
