    what is the os and browser version and which version of plugin have you installed.

    IOS 14.8 using Safari unknown version not listed

    and share the output. The browser version will be listed. A screenshot will also do.

    Also confirm if the flipbook is displayed on the browser test page.

    We are unable to reproduce it in iPhone 12, IOS 14

    We suggest you to use the older version. https://downloads.www.ads-software.com/plugin/3d-flipbook-dflip-lite.2.0.86.zip

    Also if possible you can upgrade your IOS.
