flip box block makes pages horribly slow

    Hello,

    I have another problem with the plugin. The flip box block makes pages horribly slow: loading time with a single flip box on the page is nearly 8 seconds compared with less than a second without it. I have tested the flip box without adding an image to make sure the page is not slowed down by my image. It is still the same issue.

    Thus, I will continue searching for a usable flip box plugin or finally go through the hassle to create them with html and css.

    Hi Wiebke,

    We have checked the issue on our internal sites. We see a nominal difference in the loading time of a page with flipbox and an empty page.

    Could you please try again by disabling other plugins on y our site?

    Dear Nayan,

    I am sorry for the late answer. I installed your plugin once more and aas soon as I activate it the page loading time increases like hell. Even without using a single of it’s blocks.

    I deactivated all my plugins one by one and tried to load a page. Apparently there is a conflict with the Genesis Blocks plugin. You might want to look into that.

    I found another solution for my flip boxes in the meantime and will deactivate you plugin therefore.
