• I am new to WordPress. I have designed a page (not yet public) but my colleagues and I are dissatisfied with the appearance of the usual Flip Box, so we imported Unlimited Elements for Elementor from codecanyon.net.

We tried to install “Bold Flip Box”, and this appeared to be successful. However, in the page editor, the only Flip Box in the available addons was the original Flip Box. I successfully installed other addons from the Unlimited Elements page (an iHover element and an Accordion element) and these did appear in the list of available addons. Is the generic name “Flip Box” clashing with existing elements? How can I resolve this hiccup?

    Thanks in advance.

    HLG

It seems unlikely since they are all intended for Elementor. It would be a rookie mistake for an add-on developer to conflict with the plugin they are building an add-on for. Possible, but unlikely.

Regardless of the cause, you need the Bold Flip Box to be available for use. Unfortunately, we’re unable to help users of commercial products in these forums. There are several reasons for this. The source code being unavailable is one significant impediment. I suggest you go back to the vendor’s support channel for help in getting Bold Flip Box usable.
